We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase from LS Cosmetics. However, if for any reason you wish to return an item, we are here to help.
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused and unopened. Please contact us before returning any item to support@lscosmetics.uk.
Return costs are your responsibility and we recommend using a delivery service with a tracking number to ensure the safety of your return. We are not responsible for items lost in transit on return.
Once we have received your return and checked that the items are in good condition, we will refund the full amount of your order, including the initial delivery costs. Return costs will not be refunded.
